Mindfulness Training for Adolescents & Their Teachers, Parents, Guardians

Trish is one of the leading researchers in mindfulness for adolescents, especially for use in the classroom and home.

Her books are highly-respected and her training program is legendary.

She asked me to turn them into an online course and make it available through her website.

As part of that process, I also refreshed her branding, created new infographics, and edited her website writing for today’s audience.

This is the second time I have transformed Trish’s website over the course of almost a decade. It’s an honor to be a continuing part of her mission!
